Nick Riley's Rabbitry Sales Policy
We sell all our rabbits by Facebook. To stay updated on sale rabbits, please like us on Facebook at Nick Riley's Rabbitry.
Please read this sales policy before purchasing a rabbit from us.
We reserve the right to cancel and / or deny a sale to
anyone at any time for no stated reason.
Sales policy is subject to change
at our discretion.
When a rabbit is sold, we ensure it to be of the best
of health to our knowledge. If we do not believe a rabbit to be healthy or fit
for sale, we will not place it for sale.
Pet rabbits will not come with a pedigree.
Show and Brood rabbits will come with a pedigree.
Rabbits regarded as show quality will be sold believed to be free of disqualifications.
Brood quality isn't show quality but make excellent breeders for show quality rabbits.
We can't guarantee the possibility of unknown
disqualifications, genetic or reproductive issues that could arise after sale
nor will we be held responsible for this. We also are not responsible for
breeding or show success of the rabbit sold.
Please be sure to take the time
to carefully evaluate the rabbit personally before the sale is final.
We will not be responsible for anything that happens to the rabbit after it leaves our care.
We do not do refunds- no exceptions. We will make sure the
rabbit is free of illness or disease to the best of our knowledge before it
leaves our care. Again after it leaves our care, we are no longer responsible for it.
If a health certificate is requested, it will be at the buyers
responsibility to pay for this through our vet.
If you decide that you
no longer want the rabbit after buying it, we will gladly take it back no
questions asked but there will be no refunds.
When you purchase a
rabbit from us, we will supply you with any needed information that you may need
to take care of your new rabbit.
You will receive a weeks supply of pellets
to start with so you can continue the same feed or transition your rabbit over
to. A list of suitable foods will be supplied to you so your rabbit doesn't end
up ill.
If you need transportation for your rabbit we will gladly meet
you at any shows we are attending at no cost. Should you want to meet elsewhere
there will be a transportation cost.
Please inquire by PM for any
rabbits that are for sale . Rabbits are available at a first come, first service
basis. We will not have a waiting list.
